Part Five: Quality Management Plan
Statement for Team’s objective
The aim of my team is to establish a quality based system to meet all requirements of RALS
organization in a systematic way. For achieving this all members of team coordinated very well
with both Virtucon and Globex organization. To smoothen the work it is distributed between
various members of the team so that the work gets completed in minimum time and lesser
efforts.
During the creation of this system for RALS organization various meeting are organized between
Globex and RALS staff members. In such meeting, problems are discussed regarding the
managing of the crowd by RALS committee. After these discussions related to problems, some
MOV and action plans are generated. Later these things are presented and demonstrated among
RALS committee and once it gets approval the work related to the project gets started. Cost of all
resources are taken and also demanded for approval. The system is developed with Virtucon
having proper coordination with them. When the creation is completed the system is tested so
satisfy RALS or Globex Committee. When the system is tested properly it finally gets
implemented within the Globex premises by taking their permission. Finally, the online booking
of tickets system is created and it fulfills all the needs of the organisation.
Validations
It majorly includes the methods of controlling the quality of the system. Validation includes the
activities that are project associated. This helps to ensure whether the developed system is
fulfilling the requirements or needs of the client or not. Online booking of ticket system is
examined on the basis of workers reliability, compatibility and capacity of the user. Few steps
involved in rules of validation:
Unit testing: In this test, the online booking of ticket system is checked whether it is working
properly or not and if they are meeting all the needs of RALS committee.
Integration testing: In this test online booking of ticket system is checked whether the system
is working, in the same way, it is required to work or within the guidelines, it needs to work.
