MAIN BODY Situational leadership theory The situational theory of the administration alludes to those pioneers who embrace diverse initiative styles as indicated by the circumstance and the improvement level of their colleagues. As per the situational theory, the right style of the leadership can be the determined by situational requirements. In the year of 1982, Jeff Bezos studied the electrical engineering as well computer science. He was found situational requirements in his twenties to adopt his knowledge as well as innovative thoughts to create online based retail website or platform through internet.
