Job Description:
Amazon is currently looking for marketing manager to control and support its innovative
techniques for marketing. The main aim is to engage their potential customers and grow their
customer base in overall Europe. The role requires being efficient in problem solving,
communication and management skills (Kim and Kuo 2015). The eligible candidate would be
able to find simple and practical solutions to complex situations without compromising quality.
He or she should be able to analyze its target customers, financial data and channel to understand
the market situation. Feasible marketing plan should be planned to develop the current situation
(Oke 2016).
The role requires the individual to be responsible for implementing and developing the
marking strategy by using analytics and consumer data to ascertain the key trends and monitor

the channel metrics. He should recommend actions to for raising awareness and enhancing
customer experience (Sikora and Ferris 2014). Ongoing marketing activity should be efficiently
managed to improve customer relations and address dependencies by managing expectations.

prioritizing the required job (Dewydar 2015). He or she should listen carefully and articulates
proper evidence based arguments in writing and verbally. He should be able to engage key
