1JOB SATISFACTION IN INA FOOD INDUSTRY Answer 1) Job Satisfaction refers to positive emotional state that results owing to the appraisal or the job experiences of an individual. The employees become satisfied with the job in the event of having the job stability and having the work life balance.An individual feels the job satisfaction on account of the five dimensions of job- pay, work, promotion, supervision along with the co-workers. Organizational commitment refers to strength pertaining to identification of an individual with the company (1). It is indicative of the bond that the workers in a company have with the organization. It helps in determining whether an individual would continue to stay with the organization for a longer period of time and work towards achieving the goal of the company. The employees of INA Food Industry in the event of being satisfied with the job would have a positive effect on the turnover of the company. The company lays emphasis on the arena of Research and the Development that has helped the company in researching the various uses of the agar. The value of the employees are increased due to the facility of research in INA Food Industry that can help the company in making the profits. Answer 2) The employees being made happier in the workplace can provide the motivation to the people. The satisfaction within the workplace can be said to be crucial for the success of a company. The satisfied employees in INA Food Industry are committed to the company that paves the path for the higher rates of the retention along with the productivity. The three factors in relation to the organizational commitment are the affection that the employees have for the job, fear of the loss and the sense of the obligation of the employees of staying in the company. Answer 4) The compensation that the employees are paid in a company makes the people feel attached to a company and it helps in increasing the satisfaction among the workers. The proper compensation makes the employees feel valued that increases the morale of the employees working in a company. The employees in the event of being paid with the bonus feels motivated that helps in generating the greater results for a company. The mature workers in a company prefer the flexible work opportunities that can offer support to these group of people in a company. The male and the female workers in INA Food Industry are meted out differential kind of treatment which has an impact on the organizational outcome of INA Food Industry. The male workers in the company are provided with the better compensation package when compared to the women employees in the company (6).
