Executive Summary
The paper provided the four job selection criteria and career action plan and its overview connected with
current career position of a manager at a software firm. The career action plan has been categorized into
three parts. In the first part, it demonstrated the current career position along with the employability and
graduate skills. The second part explained the ideal situation of a career that reflected on career‘s SWOT
