INTRODUCTION Reflective analysis the method of continuous learning from project experiences and practices.This helps to evaluate the all-important factors of the previous assessment and experiences, such as best performance, felling, efforts, achievements, improvements and skills or knowledge’s development (Miller, Snook and Yoder, 2020).In context to which further more planning is can be done, according to requirement and results analysed from that.Community engagement is the process of collective working and efforts of different groups in context to the social well-being.John Lewis & partnersis the British company work as supermarket and departmental store. This organisation has been operated the community engagement program with different approaches and practices. In this reportreflective analysis of community engagement program and practices effectiveness is done. MAIN BODY InJohn Lewis & partnerscommunity engagement program I was leading the leading the all practices of community care by making proper research and identification the community challenges and selection of the effective strategies or actions plans which has been incorporated in the challenges management project plan.Along with management of community engagement and contribution of every one (Johnstone and Hansen, 2020). In 2019 I worked with company in project nameCommunity matters “bringing quality to life” which was engaged in various community supporting program such as donation of the £3000 in between three group. Then we managed hunger free future campaign. Tesco’s Bags of Help funding scheme, this is the charity programmer run by the Tesco in context to the community well-being.This had been provided more than £ 52 million over the 16,00 local community since its launch in 2015.in that project money raised by the sale of carrier bagsbenefits of which used to fund local projects , grants ranging from £1,000 and £4,000 in range of the community group across Britain. Evaluate the best practices on their community engagement approaches John Lewis & partnershas contributed in some of the charity programs like, Hunger free future campaign: the company has actively participated in the campaign called hunger free future and donated approx.£170000 to the Trusell Trust.The Salvation Army, Samaritans, Marie Curie and St Mungo’s are the charities in which the company has donated the funds that they have raised from Christmas cards along with 10% of the sales of Waitrose and Lewis. The funds that was donated by the company was above £250000.Tesco community engagement practices
are involving customers, employees and operational participants along with the government to make effective social care plan and achieve all goals of community well-being.In other hand the community engagement practices ofJohn Lewis & partnersis different from TESCO due to their secondary approaches in community engagement and there are note making and modifying any internal operation changes for funding (Sung and Hepworth, 2017) . In order to smoothly manage that without causing any complication and stress of the project John Lewis & partners participate as second party contributor without making the direct efforts. Different to that Tesco is managing their own charity programs with objective of effectivelysustainabilityapproachesandorganizationsuccessthroughemployeesskills de4vlopment and organization knowledge improvement (Bedford and et.al., 2017). Analysis of practices improvement impact Difference in the community engagement plancan possess various effectssuch as customers, employees, vendor’s and investors, government are the important stakeholder of the organization and they play very essential role in business growth, development and business plan. So in context to the management and success of effective community engagement program that is importantto make effective communication, partnership and inclusion among them. Organization Community matters “ bringing quality to life”project is can be more effective and progressive is this will maintain the effective communication among each stakeholder.

Reflective analysis of research practices John Lewis & partnersCommunity matters “ bringing quality to life”project was developed and managed with the help of proper research practices , primary and secondary research was did with the quantitative and qualitative approaches of research. By the aid of these research strategies interview, literature review and new evaluation is doneto collect the information of community needs and plan effective project in context to management and care of community. Research of the stakeholder is donein context to the analysis of their interest and participation abilities. As the customers, employees and investors information was important to make effective strategies for community engagement project.
Community mapping –In order identify the assets and opportunities from the residents in context to the project that is important to make effective community mapping , such asJohn Lewis& partnerscommunityengagementprogrammap waseffectivelymanagedand developed with proper planning and step by practices.First effective team of the assessment establish, then identification and securing of the resources is donealong with the proper engagement of community partners. All the essential data was collected, analyzed and presented to the partners .Issues of the community get clarified and further proceed with the goal setting and progress measurement(Aslam and Gunaratna, 2019). Social media engagement- This is the process of social media application in context to thedevelopment of project awerness among the community, which helps in the collection of more community support of social welfare.This further involves the measurement of comments, likes, shares in order to analyses the level of response achieved by the project. Such as in context to theJohn Lewis & partnerscommunity engagement program , organization given their marketing activities control to the employees due to which organization has driven stronger consumersand improved the employees engagement.Organization have achieved the success in plan by the implementation of new technologysuch as mobile phone application and new social media app was used to extract benefits for community engagement program awarness due to which higher fund is collected for the community programs. Impact analysis - Company achieved higher success in the community care programs and along with this organization sustainability values and goal achievements related to the benefits of sustainable approach is successfully achieved.Community programs are always beneficial for each and every organization in terms of brand value development and society satisfaction. Justification of the best practices - social medial approaches of organization were very effective along with stakeholders partnership.Becauseduetothisorganizationhadmadeeffectivecoordination,goal achievements and community care funding. Such as marketing function of the organization were accomplished by the employees , who had effectively applied their customers and community knowledge in social care program.Government was coordinated at each step without any mistakes and correct information flow(Ryan and et.al., 2020).The funding program practices was also best and contributed in the social care and support. Some other community engagement practices are illustrated below which were very effective. Health and wellbeing-in context to the social well-being one of the best practices of organization were their approach of health specialists development and training in order to provide best health care services to the poor peoples and lower cost. Job opportunities:such as in order to improve the community condition organization has provided various job opportunities along with management of health working environment. Which has contributed in the society well-being and development . Organization helped the people to improve their finical stabilities and increase the standards of living.This practices is one of the best as it has also contributed at the economical development. Diversity and inclusion:in context to the sustainability and effective community engagement that was very important to get the best contribution of employees, which was effectively done by offering the growth opportunities and benefits to them. And in return employed had given their best in community engagement and social well-being programs with their complete efforts (Ersoy, 2017) . CONCLUSION From the above reflective analysis and project review it has been concluded that community engagement program is beneficial for both business organisation and community welfare as it helps to organisation to meet their competitive edge's by meeting the sustainability standards and in other hand sustainable practices of company improve the community well- being.Improvement and better changes in community engagement practices will be the most effective aspect of project such as communication, active stakeholders’ participation, and inclusionimprovementwithbetscoordinatingandeffectiveactionplanswillhelpto
