This report will be discussing about the sub sectors that are involved in the companies which are operating in sports industry. The project will be highlighting a factsheet of the subsector of sports sector company. Lastly, the study will be defining the organizational structure of company via visual mapping approach through which structure of company can be understood in more engaging manner. A variety of sub sectors in industry offers a number of sub sectors that are operating in sports industry where the purpose of all sports companies can differ from one another. The sub sectors of organizations, are- public, private and voluntary. While talking about sports industry in UK, the sports companies that are operating under public sector enterprises are governed by government organisation who are responsible for planning and organizing sports event and establishing standards and regulations that must be followed by all the companies (Akparep, Jengre and Mogre, 2019). The purpose of public sector companies operating in sports industry focuses on offering best services at any cost. By considering private sector companies in sports industry, such companies focus on generating monetary values or financial resources and also focuses on recruiting new candidates who can bring value to the organisation. Another form of companies in sports industry are based on voluntary sub-sector and such companies focuses on commercial and community business. In context of JSB sports company, the company employs local government through which they can increase and enable the provision of support to promote worldwide and also fulfill local demand (Liu and et.al, 202). By focusing on socio-cultural, technological, economy and political factors, this helps in boosting the growth of company and in ensuring industrial progress that can be seen via- motivation, synergy, global concentrations.
