Hence, it is essential tofocus on the future research work that helps to improve upon the application of the technologyfor better level of shopping experience. Use of RFID technology in Retail business In order to improve upon the operation functional capability of retail business, use ofadvanced technology is highly recommended. From the research of Lee and Lee (2015), it isclear that nearly 73% of the retailers all over the world has implemented the technology of RadioFrequency Identification (RFID). This has aimed to track every product with detailedinformation. The customers also get the opportunity of interactive experience that is needed toget the idea about the product description. The customers can also get the experience of virtualshopping that is needed as a part of product promotion.
