Slide 3: I have highlighted the key challenges that I have faced during my business management
career. The challenges that I have faced is Lack of knowledge in doing proper Academic writing,
Improper paraphrasing and using irrelevant Referencing style. In addition to this, I have also
noticed a problem in meeting deadlines because of my poor communication skills.
Slide 4: In this slide, I have identified that problem solving skills are crucial for me to achieve
success in the business world. I have also analysed that effective communication skill and
leadership skills are critical in order to formulate new strategic decisions for achieving long term
goals of the business.
Slide 5:In this slide, I have analysed that developing academic skills are important for me in
order perform correct researching of necessary information and prioritising work for performing
crucial activities. In relation to this, this will help me improving my team working skills and will
also helps in doing projects without grammatical mistakes and plagiarism.
Slide 6: In this , I have identified that it is important for me to build professional skills in order to
face uncertain conditions of business environment. I have analysed that building problem solving
and communication skills are crucial for me to work in the best manner. I have also identified
that developing interpersonal skills will allow me to create positive working environment.
Slide 7: In this slide, I have identified that researching and academic writing is similar in terms
of developing academic writing projects. On the other hand, I have analysed that both
researching and academic writing is different in terms of developing effective research materials.
Slide 8: In this slide, I have identified that leadership and communication skills are similar in
terms of using effective communication strategies for building teams. On the other side,
leadership and communication skills are different in terms of their particular objectives and goals
for success of the business.
Slide 9: In this, I have performed my own SWOT analysis considering my strengths and
weaknesses with potential opportunities and threats present. This tool helped me in analysing my
areas of strength and also gives me a chance to analyse my weakness so that I can rectify it to
improve my performance.

weaknesses and enhancing my major strengths. In addition to this, it will support me in knowing
