Principle of justice states that there should be element of equal fairness involved in all
medical decisions and healthcare practices for all patients which enables to serve people with
equality. The medical practicioners need to uphold applicable laws and legislations when
making decisions among patients within treatments, which enhances viable transparency in
treatments and also operatively generate equality. Creating diverse care delivery models,
development of virtual care tactics and development of economic and budget strategies are
some of the examples for principles of justice among patients.
The scenario from field of practice, as to how patient in healthcare could be treated
with justice can be understood by enabling focus on old patients, who come in for diagnosis
or other medical tests. Old patients should be also given equal fair treatments, without any

doctors and nurses who commission NHS services for delivering best working performance
horizons. NICE provides recommendations for treatments and best care facilities for people
