This assessment is a written assessment that assesses the knowledge of the student on the unit BSBINN601 - Lead and manage organisational change (1) in the course BSB50618 - Diploma of Human Resources Management (2). The assessment consists of two parts: Change Management template and Assessment feedback. The objective of the assessment is to determine the student's knowledge on strategic change requirements and opportunities, as well as the development, implementation, and evaluation of change management strategies.
