young generation boys. It has been also assessed that the company have long history of attaining
success in serving the video games one of the popular franchise that is invented by Freakomon
fames are Peppa-pigs.
In this report various case study is also given in this which assist for knowing change in a
effective manner. When individual know that where we are going for that time it is easy to
understand the work in a effective manner. In any organisation when the change is taken place

Internal stakeholder consist roles and responsibilities within the enterprise such as
employees, managers and investors etc. Employees are person who considered and conduct
organization affairs (Motro and Smets, eds., 2012).
External stakeholder
In order to take advantages of external stakeholders, Government also play major role
within the enterprise when organization dealing with many activities. In respect to this,
organization have to follow rules and regulations which made by the government so that they
will able to achieve their goals easily. If Freakomon's not follow laws and regulations,
government restrict to them for operating their functions. From the below stated diagram it has

Freakomon company.

stakeholder matrix is been implemented within Freakomon's company. Basically there are four
types of stakeholders that is keep satisfied, key players, minimum effect and keep informed. The
foremost stakeholder within the company are the employees and staff that have high interest and
power within the organisation. Another stakeholder are their customers that also have high
interest in the activities of organisation so that they may engage in purchasing the services or
product of cited organisation. In addition to this, other stakeholders are the competitors that have
less power but they have huge interest in accomplishing the market share of the gaming industry.

From the provided case study it has been assessed that in the early 2000 the gaming
industry was highly competitive among youth. In order to succeed in the competitive market
organisation need to invest huge amount within the industry. Through reviewing the market it
has been assessed that two new comers in the market that is Sony and Microsoft is giving tough
competition to the Freakomon company. For finding out the competitive advantages
management of Freakomon's must use model tool that will assist for find out the competitive
position in the workplace. Porter regarded consist on the competitive forces and overall industry
structure. In respect to this, in Freakomon's following elements can be includes:
 Competitive rivalry: According to this force, Freakomon examines competition in the
marketplace so that they can make their operations accordingly. It can be done by
identification of various competitors which take place within the marketplace. It can be
take place when only few business sell equal products and services in the marketplace.

forward with the best and suitable one. So that entity must focus on customer demand to

using traditional customer relationship management tools so that they can easily be touch or
contact with their range of customers (Obeidat, Obeidat and Tarhini, 2016). Thus, with the up-
gradation of technology company must ensure change in their information systems that results in
modifying their CRM to e-CRM. In the present competitive scenario to sustain in the global
environment Freakomo company must focuses on continuous changing of their information
system so that they can easily seek and attract the new customers towards the gaming products
and video games.
Along with this primarily the key purpose of CRM were to assists the organization in
marketing the required products to the customers accordant with the requirement and need of the
customers. But with the change in information system the customers are demanding the new
video games as well as play-stations with the help of using different internet services and
technologies that is e-CRM. In addition to this, change in the information system that is change
in the CRM technology company can easily attain and manage all the applications and systems
operating within the organization with the help of ERP system (Chandrasegaran, Ramani and
Gao, 2013). Along with this, change in the information system that is implementation of e-CRM
Freakomon focuses on designing an effective system that meet the requirement and need of
customers with the help of using the online portals and internet technologies. Therefore, it is
stated that with recommendation of change in CRM technique with e-CRM it benefit the gaming
company in fostering the relationship among their customers as traditionally it was just used to
understand the preferences of customers but with the change in information system and
implementation of e-CRM it results in initiating the program that ensure constant communication
among the customers over the internet platform that foster the trust and loyalty among them

organisation that provide financial and banking services within the UK region. Along with this, it
is also assessed that cloud computing also benefit the Barclays Bank in allowing the sharing of
data and information from one computer to other devices. Along with this it has been also

assessed that with the increasing technological aspect businesses are focusing on cloud based
systems for storing the large database. The bank has large data of their clients and customers that
need to be stored in the proper manner so that they may not engage in the wrong transaction.
Moreover, the document also focuses on assessing three challenges that an organization faces
while introducing the cloud based CRM within the Barclays Bank. Along with this, it will also
focuses on suggesting the ways through which manager within the organisation can easily
respond to the challenges so that they can easily minimizes its negative impact.
