Along with this, the case study also develops an unconventional dame console for theyoung generation boys. It has been also assessed that the company have long history of attainingsuccess in serving the video games one of the popular franchise that is invented by Freakomonfames are Peppa-pigs. In this report various case study is also given in this which assist for knowing change in aeffective manner. When individual know that where we are going for that time it is easy tounderstand the work in a effective manner. In any organisation when the change is taken placethat time it is hard to manage the work an organisation. Public and voluntary sector business have not same stakeholder as private companyowns. In this context, Freakomon provide various types of video games to the customers. Inrespect to this, they are private company who wants to enhance market share in various part ofthe nation. There has several types of stakeholder such as employees, customers, government andorganization constituents(Obeidat, Obeidat and Tarhini, 2016).Internal stakeholder consist roles and responsibilities within the enterprise such asemployees, managers and investors etc. Employees are person who considered and conductorganization affairs (Motro and Smets, eds., 2012). External stakeholderIn order to take advantages of external stakeholders, Government also play major rolewithin the enterprise when organization dealing with many activities. In respect to this,organization have to follow rules and regulations which made by the government so that theywill able to achieve their goals easily. If Freakomon's not follow laws and regulations,government restrict to them for operating their functions. From the below stated diagram it hasbeen assessed that there is significant relationship between different stakeholders within theFreakomon company. Mendelow's stakeholder matrixIn order to analyse the power and interest aspects within the stakeholders Mendelow'sstakeholder matrix is been implemented within Freakomon's company. Basically there are fourtypes of stakeholders that is keep satisfied, key players, minimum effect and keep informed. Theforemost stakeholder within the company are the employees and staff that have high interest andpower within the organisation. Another stakeholder are their customers that also have highinterest in the activities of organisation so that they may engage in purchasing the services orproduct of cited organisation. In addition to this, other stakeholders are the competitors that haveless power but they have huge interest in accomplishing the market share of the gaming industry.4
