The organization has implemented an
initiative of KM to increase their internal
connectivity and to use various approaches
for resolving long term issues.
The current KMS helps them in interacting
with the customers successfully by
involvement of accurate data.
The process was to execute a proper strategy
in their business (Xiaojun 2017).
