This document discusses the lack of communication and feedback issues in organizations, specifically focusing on an IT service company. It explores the problems caused by the lack of communication, such as less knowledge about organizational strategy, difficulties in implementing plans, lack of motivation, lack of knowledge transfer, and quality issues. The document also suggests models to solve the problem, including the two-way communication model and the horizontal communication model.
