Slide 2: Introduction
Eagle is one of the largest staffing agency in Canada, which provides services relating to the
recruiting process. This is the recruitment agency, which gives the services to the people and
maintaining the organization culture. This approach provides various benefits to the
organization. The several leadership styles described in this report that used to maintain the
culture of the organization. Change management is one of the main processes that are related to
the organization culture. Several recommendations used to solve the several conflicts occur in
the organization described in this report.
Slide 3: Politicking
Politics as a potentially destructive force, when deployed effectively it can help the company
meet its strategic goals and live up to its values, especially during organizational change.
Organizational politics refers to a variety of activities associated with the use of influence tactics
to improve personal or organizational interests. However, political behavior is also likely to be
present, but not explicit, until it is too late. it is important to understand that the root cause of
political activities are often scarce resources. The politicking approach is very useful for the
organization as Eagle organization need to maintain the political problems to increase the growth
of the organization.

Persuasion is an umbrella term of influence. Persuasion can attempt to influence a
person's beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. In business, persuasion is a process aimed at changing a
person's (or a group's) attitude or behavior toward some event, idea or object. Systematic
persuasion is the process through which attitudes or beliefs are leveraged by appeals to logic and
reason. Like a political campaign, a persuasion campaign is largely one of differentiation from
the past. The trick for turnaround leaders is to show employees precisely how their plans differ
from their predecessors.
