INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is the way through which many businesses are impacted on basis of
working style, structure and others. In order to launch a new venture, enterprise should keep in
mind regarding changes which can took place in organisation (Aldrich and Yang, 2014). The
entrepreneur should possess skills and knowledge regarding expansion of its business in other
countries. The given assignment is based on Rowlinson Knitwear which was founded in 1935 at
United Kingdom. It deals in manufacturing of uniform for students and corporate sector. Now it
is planning to start its new venture in Europe which will deals in trendy clothes for each type of
age group of people. In this assignment will discuss about specific target markets and
competitive analysis and their tangible and intangible resources. In order to launch venture
proposal should be prepared along with skills and capabilities of manager required. The
promotional activities and budget plan has been discussed.

enterprise (Antolín-López and et. al., 2015). The clothing segment is very challenging in every
country. Rowlinson Knitwear should possess some uniqueness in their goods to attract large
number of customers. The people of Italy are very trendy and prefer to wear latest fashioned
clothes. It has focused male, female and kids segment of society for better serving (Baručić and
Umihanić, 2016). Also, entrepreneur belongs to that family and friends groups where all are
running own business. Thus, it leads manager of Rowlinson Knitwear to compete with them and
maximize profits. Thus, in this way ideas came and implemented.

A legal structure of business is a type of organisation which is legally recognised in
jurisdiction and characteristics. According to nature, size of firm, structure varies from each
others. The different types of legal structure of business are as follows:
Sole proprietorship- In this type of business, single person run and manage business.
The individual is liable for all activities of organisation. If risk occur in this type of structure, it is
borne by individual and capital invested is less.
Partnership Firm- In this type of business, two or more person run business. They
contribute equally and share profit and loss in equal proportion. It is less expensive and easier to
set up organisation and carry business with trading name.
Rowlinson Knitwear is private concern which has partnership firm where there are more
than two people starting new venture in Italy. After analysis of proper market and economy
research it is planning to establish. This structure of Rowlinson Knitwear helps in haring risk and
profit equally by all partners.
CONCLUSION
From above report it can be summarised that economic process aid in creating big
opportunities for fresh and active concern. The fresh beginning is done by Rowlinson Knitwear
in Italy for providing trendy clothes to group. The establishment have to determine target
customer which is focusing all age group of people. Proposal is prepared by Rowlinson Knitwear
to know about market, finance requirement and benchmark used by firm. In order to run
enterprise successfully various skill and capabilities are needed such as communication, problem
solving, knowledge, time management by manager. Also for creating awareness in minds of
customer it should use promotional tools such as email marketing, personal communications,
host programs.
