False claim act poses a challenge on the healthcare organizations where they are been prosecuted for such acts that involves fraud. For instance- Whistle-blowers might now initiate the actions that includes false claims on the basis of information that is been disclosed publicly through administrative, civil and the criminal proceedings. This means it becomes easier for the whistle-blowers for making claims against the healthcare firms.
