support and guarantee care, proper code of conduct is to be maintained by organisation (Motter
and Santos, 2017).
Statutory guidance is developed by jurisdiction to improve health and well being
outcomes for the community and for the employees of organisation. This will help in reducing
inequalities for all types of ages across nation whether for local health of the people, for social
care and for children's health services (Holt and Allen, 2015).

Part A. health and social care settings in workplace by professional in NHS England
Observation Log on the performance of health care practitioners in NHS England organisation.
Being an observer of the NHS England organisation, I have assessed that there are some health
care practises are adopted by professionals of the NHS England (Hall and et.al., 2018).
Professional has applied some safeguarding policies for safeguarding children, young people
and adults at risk of harm and abuse. Issues relating to deal with safeguarding allegation of
staff, policies like managing safeguarding allegation policy, disciplinary policies has been
applied by the professional of organisation.
For safeguarding roles, duties and responsibilities of employees of NHS, professional has
developed policies like Care act 2014. This policy is developed with the department of health
for taking care of the employees of the organisation. Further, professional has also developed
Health and Social Care act 2008 for safeguarding workers, children's, peoples and adults. So
that they will not have to suffer from any abuse or improper treatment while receiving care and
treatment (Holloway and Galvin, 2016).
To protect the human rights of the employees, Equality act 2010 has been developed by the
professional of the NHS England (Equality Legislation, 2018). According to this act it is the
duty of authorities to provide equal respect and to promote human rights in organisation.
After assessing implementation of practises I observed that there are certain challenges
which faced by practitioner to carry out their role ethically and efficiently. Such challenges are
they have work overload by which effective ethical practises will not smoothly work in the
organisation. For performing effective practises professional are not getting effective salary
which encourage them for the hard working in organisation (Karlsen and et.al., 2018). Another
challenges which faced by the professional is poor organisational culture in which professional
are unaware of the organisations offer development and incentive programs. To develop fair
