INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is defined as the process of planning, recruiting and
selecting the right candidate for business organisation so that organisation goals can be
accomplished. It is on of the concept which plays the crucial for any of the company because it
will give the idea that how any of the work can be managed in a systematic manner. In context of
the file the chosen organisation is Vodafone UK which is one on the multinational company
performing the business activity in different part of the world. Various topics will be explained in
detail among them HRM and its policies will play the most crucial role. Also, importance of all
the HRM policies will be explained by including different challenges that may occur at the of
introducing the changes in a company. At last, recommendation will be given that how whole of
this process can be conducted in a systematic manner.

Overview of Company
Vodafone is one of the company which perform its business activity in different part of
the world. They provide number of services to their customers which are completely related
within the telecommunication sector. It is one of the second largest company in terms of size just
because it conducts business activity in different area where they have millions of users who
helps company by availing the services which are being provided by the company. It was
founded almost 28 years ago which mean on 16th September 1991. Its founder was Ernest
Harrison and Gerry Whent (Vodafone Group Plc, 2019). The headquarter of the company is in
London UK whereas its registered office is Newbury, Berkshire, England. It is necessary to
understand that whenever any of the company of perform its activity at greater platform then
they are required to focus on different area but among that Human Resource Management plays
the most significant role in it.

Talking about Human Resource Management, it is one of the most important department
in any of the business organisation as it can easily guide that how any of the work is needed to be
do and who are those candidate who can conduct this activity specifically (Ahmad, 2015). It is
necessary to understand that HRM department will need to hire the right candidate as per the
requirement of company so that they can contribute towards achieving the goals of a company in
