Executive Summary
The study focuses on the lead and manage team effectiveness. In the study, there are team
performance project followed by emails which is again followed by operational plans. The study
possess team performance plan, professional development policy and procedures, reward and
recognition scheme and managing underperformance. There are emails in all the scenario which is
addressed as per the requirements. Lastly, it possess an email to the marketing officer who
demonstrate the underperformance. It can also be said that with the help of the study the different
