Sub: Application for the post of Lead Case Worker
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I intend to apply for the posts of Lead Case Worker in the Thames Reach teams are based
in Greater London believing that it would be a great opportunity for me to work with esteemed
organization. Possessing experience over seven years I consider myself eligible to apply for the
job role which will give me another opportunity to enhance my abilities. Beside of gaining
considerable experience in the area of leadership I did Diploma course in Social Care and Audit
Health. Throughout my service life, I have obtained experiences in various areas which I believe
would make me the right candidate for the post of Lead Case worker.
I have an experience in social work working for the Salvation Army and helping the
people who are needy. The social experience that I have helps in achieving fully fledged results
in the social works. The work of outreach teams working for the themes in Greater London will
find it better to be under my supervision and support since I have an experience in dealing with
people from all classes due to my social work based background. I have a number of proficiency
in the different factors related to social and public care which helps me to be empathetic with
other people. This helps me improve my communication proficiency using which I can help in
the communication with the people that are participating in the research. My education also helps
me to pursue the different tasks based on different knowledge proficiencies and the variety will
help in the sociological study.
