that is Tech Dynamics has the communication scenario very clear and all the working is being
structured in proper and effective manner. All the workplace communication protocol is being
followed by each and every employee within the company. with the review of the policy it is
clear that the communication is being done internally and external as well.

The internal information is also being required for the better analysis of the situation of
company. for this the analysis of the different internal information is required to be analysed in
order to complete the working in better and effective manner. For this the internal policy and
procedure need to be evaluated in order examine and prepare the solution for the communication
protocol.

Along with the internal information there is also a requirement of external information as
well. this is pertaining to the fact that just on the basis of internal information the working cannot
be done relating to making of the policy. Hence, for this there is also a requirement of evaluation
of external environment. For this the external information will be used such as the strategy of
competitors and also communication strategy of other big companies can be evaluated. This is
very necessary as it will be providing a base for the effective development of the communication
protocol.
