Leader can be defined as the person who have the
ability to influence other people in the way in which
the leader wants from them to do. The difference in
between a leader and manager is a lot which will be
discussed in this assignment. Manager can be defined
as the person who is required to manage the different
activities performed in the organisation.
INTRODUCTION

Operation management plays a crucial role within the business function as it concern with the
transformation of input(capital, labour, raw materials) into goods and services in order to add value to
customer as well as to company's brand image. Along with this, its main goal is to maximise the
efficiency while manufacturing or producing products or services that effectively fulfil customer needs or
demands.
