It can be analyzed that the concept of leadership plays an important role in the workplace. It is
important for the leader to consider the best strategy so that it can be easy to boost the working
pattern of the employees in the workplace. So, in this presentation the emphasis will be given on
the strategies and skills that should be considered by the leaders. The aim of the presentation is to
enhance the knowledge of the overall concept related to leadership.
It can be stated that leaders are the one who focuses on controlling the activities and also have
the aim to maximize the satisfaction level of employees. It can be said that they emphasize on
enhancing the morale of the employees so that they can attain the positive outcome in the highly
competitive market. The main aim of the leader is to give guidance to the employees so that
accurate decisions can be considered by them. It has been observed that the strategies in the
workplace are designed by the leaders of the company. One of the characteristic that should be
there in the leader is related to positive attitude. With the positive attitude it can be simple for
them to deals with the problems in a proper manner. By having positive attitude, the leaders can
easily boost their thinking pattern and also it will help to maintain the long term relations with
the employees. It is important for the leader to have positive attitude so that it can be easy to
manage the entire activities of the company in an effective manner. By having positive behavior
the leaders can also deal with the complex situations that exist in the workplace (Fan, Liberman,
Keysar & Kinzler, 2015).
The strategy which is considered to boost the overall productivity and well-being of the
employees is training. Training is considered as one of the strategy that can help enhance the
knowledge and efficiency of the employees. It is necessary for the employees to analyze the
weakness which are possessed by them and it can be reduced by considering the strategy related
to training. Training also emphasizes on focus on personality development which can also help
in enhancing the thinking structure of the employees. In context to banker as the employee, it can
be said that training has an essential role which can help in managing the entire process of
company. Through training it can be easy for the banker to manage the accounts of the company
and also it will boost the relations of the employees. Training helps the banker to set their targets
so that their performance can be boosted. When training is given to employees then it can be
easy for them to understand the needs of the customers and also they emphasize on maximizing

the overall process of communication and also it helps them to interact with the customers. It can
be seen that by giving training to the bankers they get to know about the overall management of
the accounts in the workplace and they can also gain the knowledge of the entire working
structure (Bell, Tannenbaum, Ford, Noe & Kraiger, 2017).
There are various impacts of training on the overall skills of the bankers. It can be seen that
training helps to enhance the skill related to communication. Through training it can be easy for
the bankers to enhance the interaction with the clients. Also, it helps them to resolve the queries
which enhance the overall satisfaction level of the customers. By communicating in a proper
manner the bankers can also maintain long term relations with the clients which also give
positive impact on the overall working structure of the company. When training is given to the
employees then they have clarity in dealing with the customers and also it maximizes the overall
working structure of the employees (Danish & Hauer, 1973).
Training also helps to boost the skills related to inter personal. In this it has been examined that
through training the bankers learn to deal with the queries of the customers and with this they
also emphasizes on enhancing their team work. The training given to the bankers can help in
boosting the morale and also productivity level in the workplace.
Training given to the bankers also helps to enhance the skills related to solving the complex
issues. It has been examined that the training can help to consider the right decisions and also it
give them the insight to deal with the complex activities which exist in the workplace. Through
training it can be easy for the employees to solve the complex problems by taking prompt
decisions in the workplace. It directly boosts the coordination of the employees and also
enhances critical thinking in the workplace (Quinn, 2018).
Training also brings improvisation in the leadership skill of the bankers. When training is given
to the employees then they get enhance their skills and with those skills they can easily guide the
other workers in the workplace. Also, it has been seen that the bankers get to know the skill
related to coordination by taking training. The issues which took place in the workplace is
resolved by the bankers which boost efficiency and also dedication level of the employees in the
workplace (Jha & Kumar, 2016).
