Standards
In order to maintain the standard of the services rendered by the company, Calculus Cleaning
follows the ISO 10002:2014 in its service delivery.
In order achieve the defined objectives Calculus Cleaning strictly follows a effectively designed
strategic framework. Hiring best professionals from the market and delivering the best quality
services as fast as possible is the key strategy of the company.

CEO
The responsibilities of the CEO of Calculus Cleaning are,
To lead the business activities in alienation with the Board and developing the business
strategies of the organisation.
To oversee the effective and efficient implementation of the long term strategies of the
company.

To make sure that the company is organized appropriately and possess the ability to hire
and terminate employees as per requirement. This also ensures that the designed
strategies are being implemented appropriately.
Marketing Managers
The main responsibility of the marketing manager is work in alienation with the top
management. The manager is held responsible for coordinating with the top management
with the necessary information so that the top management can develop and implement
marketing policies and plans.
Establishing an effective coordination between the activities like sales, promotion,
advertisement, packaging and aftersales services.
Cleaners
The cleaners are responsible for rendering high quality services to the clients of the
company.
The people in these three positions are required to discharge their duties as responsibly as
possible because the company has set its objective to achieve 80% of its business in the
upcoming two years through customer friendly practices and continuous improvements.
