According to the case scenario, A2B cab firm is going to restructure itsemployees wages ad their time shift pattern. Leadership is very important aspect within the company, leader isable to guide and monitor subordinates for attain the objective. While employees and leader havestrong bonding then they will automatically perform their job in better way and achieve target ofthe organisation.
