What was the nature of the CPD activity and/or practice-related feedback and/or event
or experience in your practice?
In this section describe the situation and leader you observed. Identify which leadership you
observed.

For continues professional development, there was a situation when patient was seriously injured and
needed emergency treatment. In this situation, senior nursing staff was there. She was able to easily
manage this situation and not getting panick which is there in the critical situation. She had the ability
to handle the situation more easily and shows the leadership style through which she was able to
easily maintain the situation and provide emergency care for saving the life of patient. In this
condition, autocratic style was used in which senior nursing staff directory to what to do and what to
not. In this situation, she was able to easily manage the critical situation of place and pprovided a
better first aid treatment for saving the patient. This is the situation when autocratic style was used for
providing the illustration by the senior nursing staff to do whatever she was saying. This leadership
style led her to direct all the necessary care which was needed to provide to the patient for saving his
life. It created high effectiveness for saving the patient life which is by using autocratic style in which
all the decision were taken from senior nursing staff and lead to better outcome (Anselmann and et.
al., 2020).

in your practice?

The continuing professional development is used to provide various accessibility and
knowledge regarding the various outcomes. As per these the continuing professional
development enable the learning to become unconscious and proactive rather than the
passive and reactive this is well emphasizing that it's hard to provide the learning in the
conscious and provide activeness towards any issues which is better in the organisation or
any healthcare sector. As per this, in my concerns the accounting personality development
used to provide me various aspect of learning and provide me a balance sheet in order to
create for maintain the harmony of my life. This is a holistic commitment of professionals
toward the enhancement of their personal skills and this approach provides me and a
proficiency throughout my career this is provide me an opportunity to seek and create some
useful criteria in my life (Chan and et. al., 2019). The continuing professional development is
used to provide me every single aspect which is important and create the relevancy and the
essential part of my life. So, as for this, in my concerns the professional development is an
initial approach when you are joining any workplace organisation in order to achieve the set
target goal of the organisation because you know that the organisation growth and
development directly related to the own growth. As per this, the number of employees is
there and you try to interact with them and after what you know no your own abilities in
front of them and maybe if you have continuing professional development then you will also
able to take some of the approach which is required in order to take me a leadership style.
This leadership style help me in every aspect of situation or conflict which is arises in my
organisation. Moreover, it is also helped me to emphasis every condition which is an
essential for essential regards to the organisation of family its help me to provide some of the
balance and time management approach in my life the leadership is a quality which is enable
after a very hard work or approach which is essential and play a vital role in the life as well
as any workplace. The professional development which is continued in nature provide me
various factors and essentialities which is regarded in order to take the reviews from the
employees and also gain feedback from your team members. So, this help me to get fresh and
full of enthusiasm with our team members because they need support and I have those

which is create hindrance in the career of the development of professional approach in me or
with my team member (Hawkins and et. al., 2017).
In this, the continuing professional development is used to collaborate with the different
methodologies of learning such as training workshop, conference, and event, e learning,
program prospective, techniques, and ideas sharing all focus for the individual in order to
improve my personal development and make it effective as per the workplace or any
individual in this the methodologies which is required by me in every case as per the training
workforce is also show my efficiency is there because the training is a major approach when
you are willing lead to any job or any opportunities to grab (Trilaksono and et. al., 2019).
Then, you have to must follow some of the essential criteria which is belong with the
organisation and fulfil their needs as per provide it the effective and approachable training
from the organisation and put some of the efforts in order to provide growth and
development and some of the small contribution to the organisation in order to achieve their
set target goals and objective. This is the e-Learning program and best practices techniques
Idea sharing is an essential approach for the organisation in order to provide various relevant
theories which make and profitable and productivity with the organisation. The innovative
and creative scenarios in my concern is the best way to handle the average stress and provide
the essential matter which is creative in nature and can help the organisation to gain in the
new idea or the new product which is creative and innovative that help to create the
competitive advantage in the market. This is also employing the new idea is to be developed
in such a way for team member to eradicate the issue or any conflict which is faced by the
number of employees in any organisation this leadership approach in my concern is good and
beneficial for number of members who was working with me (Hibbert and et. al., 2017).
Usually, continuous professional development provides the easiest to identify in order to
attending any complaints going on a management courses or attending any duplication-based
approaches is also useful for me. Because, it's commonly provided me understanding to
understand the formal and informal development activities where as it is commonly
understood that in my recognition form of the continuing progression development are more
often lookup value of informal learning there are various research as per identified my me the
10% of the learning come from the formal training. Whereas, some of the model suggests
that 20% learning is formulated from the working with others with the collaborating and

analysed that there are various condition and experiment which is provide a reflective

reviewing this is a part of informal development, informal development activities with me it
helps me day to day work and also contribute towards my development (Muthiani and et. al.,
2019). This could be increasing my knowledge and understanding for the research of a new
project and also provide me a leadership quality to take the responsibility of new budget or
any new developing factor which is essential for any interpersonal abilities it's also provide
me a good communication skill with the situation a transformation leadership style. Because,
it helps to connect with my team members every time in order to provide the solution of any
conflict issue which is arises in them.
Moreover, this is well analysed that there are various conditions which is the appropriate and
provide me the relevancy in order to create the leadership style which is beneficial for me
and also put various advantage in the front of my career and in a college life. As per this, is
where identify that the conference and the seminars are the major event which is taken in the
deep concentration for taking the ethical consideration because its help to provide various
knowledge and sense of abilities and also helpful in providing the mental abilities which may
be cognitive social and emotional and so on. As per this, it all development are useful in
order to create the feedback and review for any work or any idea or any thought which I used
to share with my friends on my colleagues for their future or the goal of perspective (Obeidat
and et. al., 2018).

help and provide better and effective outcome. situational leadership is the one which is able to
provide a better flexibility towards applying the leadership style on particular situation. This is able to
