Human Resource Staff Planning
There is need to identify staff needs and gaps. This can be done by developing an
accurate job description and salary range and then evaluate current workforce skills and gaps.
Identify and promote the most productive existing employee to motivate them. Analyze the
current manpower to access the duplication of duties (Rosemann and vom Brocke, 2015, p.105).
The human resource staff planning can be achieved through carrying out the process in a fair and
transparent manner to select the best potential employee.
Recruitment and Policies and Procedures
The recruitment policies includes; carry out a preliminary interview, application blanks to
be filled by the interviewee, take a written test, one on one employment interview, a medical
examination to access the medical fitness of the potential employee and issuance of an
appointment letter to the successful employee (Hodgson and Paton, 2016, p.352).

The accounting assistant should wear protective clothing while interacting patients with
contagious diseases. Closed shoes should be worn within the hospital premises.
