PART 2Reflection Leadership and management can be refer as synonyms. Leadership is is the essential partto achieve the effective and strong management. Where leadership has different styles and it is asetting of a new direction and vision for he employees and the members of the group as theyfollow and management is the art of controlling or directing people or employees of anorganisation with the help of available resource in the organisation in a group according to theprinciples and value that have been established in he organisation. Leadership is the capacity ofany company's management which is set to achieve challenging goal, taking fast decision anddecisive action when needed (Doppelt, 2017). In this presentation I observed that this is based on the leadership and its different stylesfollowed by Bill gates. Bill gates was and author, investor, humanitarian, etc. and known asfounder of Microsoft firm. The pattern of explicit and implicit action which is performed by aleader. This is a approach of motivating employees and executing plans and provide direction tothe employees. As Bill gates is transformational leaders, and encouragement and support isprovide by him to the individuals instead of focusing on the resources. I observed that thebecause of its strong vision and very passionate toward his work, therefore he followstransformational leadership style.As according to the presentation there are many traits in leadership style followed by Billgates, which is Focused, creativity, caring, education and passionate (Koster, M., Vos, B. andvan der, 2019). By set focus on only one thing then I can be a leader for this I must have theknowledge of lots of things that the Bill gates have. Instead of staying comfort zone, as bill gatesalways motivate and encourage employees I should also encourage the team member of mygroup and I also have to caring attitude toward the group members as the Bill gates I having verycaring attitude even after being a richest man in the world. Education is also a major factors ortrait that after dropping his education he did not ignore the education, whenever having time hecompeted his education and I also do not ignore education and try to share more to otherwhatever knowledge I have.
