INTRODUCTION
This analysis gives a brief description on sustainable leadership and its impact in comparison with
another business by enabling the system of change management. Other than this changes due to
working with system of change management on sustainability of management. This analysis also
covers up the response of leaders in use of sustainable change management with the practices of
sustainable tourism.

Positive impact of sustainable leadership in comparing and contrast the
service sector change management systems
Change Management system-
Management of Hilton prefers using Kotter change model which consists 8 steps
in it. All the positive changes have been possible through this model because all the
hurdles were removed so that flow of work can be maintained as per the demand of
sustainable tourism. Due to bringing change there have been some positive outcomes as
employees have become more efficient and they are able to take on more tasks. Changes
that were made in order to meet the aspect of sustainable tourism was improving the
channels of communications and make the structure more flexible so that they can work
easily as per the change.

Style of leadership-
Leaders at Hilton prefers using transformational style as with the help of this they are
able to adapt easily the change required in their structure. This is why Hilton has seen positive
growth through sustainable practices and management. On the other hand Leaders at companies
such as Travelodge considered democratic style to be more suitable as they have to maintain trust
in order to work with these practices which is why some of the decisions are taken by employees
in case of absence of higher management

How these changes affect management sustainability?
Changes that have been brought down by the system of change management has helped
management to work on programs which works through green business. They will make sure that
energy used is renewable, waste is being reduced so that they can save in the area of consumption.
It has been better for management of Hilton to work with practices that are sustainable through
which they will incur less cost on different measures in long run.

Response assessed from the skills of leadership taken out was helpful as they plan for the things
they want to achieve and adapt so that they can reduce the chances of failure and on the other
hand with the help of sustainable change management they have been able to identify which of
their processes were leading to change so that they can make the necessary changes in them.

CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it can be assessed that in order to work with the change management
system leaders and management of Hilton will need to educate their employees so that they can
involve them equally and get a fair return from them which helps the company to achieve growth.
The use of sustainable practices for Hilton has been positive as it is helping them to preserve the
culture and forces of environment which is why they have been able to attract more people.
