London. This presentation will be cover that manager and leaders skill
that develop from staff, hard and soft skills.

staff because it has to maximum interact with employees so leaders
improve their skills specially in listen actively so this skill improve from
staff members through frequently interact.
 Creativity also develop in leaders through staffs because it has to take
many decisions in tough situation. Because if staff members has any
problem so it discusses with leader so it is helpful in increase leaders
