These are the skills mainly used by leaders in order to attract individuals. Hard skills:Hard skills are required for a particular job position. With the help of education and training sessions individuals can generate hard skills. Compare and contrast service industry with change management systems Inthepresentcasescenario,leadersandmanagerofHazev,HazandTasinteractswith Academy Representative and concluded that at present they are not using any technology. They were using fax system in order to interact with their employees and now they use drop box for communicating. There are many options available for them but they are not implementing them in their organisation. In addition to this for maintaining their financial records they are still using excel sheet. There are various up gradation in the technologies but they are using such technologies which is easily used by everyone. Competitor restaurant managers use various methods in order to communicate with their employees.
Conclusion From the above report it has been analysed that with the passing time there are various changes takes place in the technology which affects the working culture. By adopting latest technology company can increase their working as well as enhance the performance of the organisation. With the help of above discussion it has been concluded that there must be some soft and hard skills in a leader and manager. With the help of these skills they can improve the performance and productivity of employees along with the company.
