Introduction
Leadership is an action which defines abilities of an individual to lead or
guide others towards the completion of tasks in appropriate manner.
Management is the process of planning, organizing, staffing, directing,
coordinating, controlling actions of people at work place.
This presentation covers current management and leadership hard skills and
soft skills along with examples in specific sector.

Leadership Hard skills
These are the teachable skills and abilities which are easy to quantify. They are
generally found in autocratic leaders to take critical decisions without involving
employees. These can be acquired through training programs or formal
education.
For example: Employees are trained through training programs to cater services
to customers in appropriate and interactive manner by following rules and
regulations.
