Fayol management theory: five key functional areas ;

Scientific management theory: Four principle of scientific
management are as follows: science, not the rule of thumb-
replace rule of thumb by applying scientific study of the
task.

Types of organizational culture
Handy’s culture model explains several kinds of culture in
organization:
Power culture: higher authorities take all the decisions and they make
rules that are followed by employees.
Role culture: People are given different roles and they have to
perform it. Employees have good knowledge about allotted work that
assists in performing their work significantly.
Task culture: Company forma team who can perform a specific task,
people are involved into it those who are able to work on that project
well. WaPila hotel has task culture at workplace.
Person culture: Employees have trust in own self and they do not
want any kind of supervision.
