• It has been identified that Charismatic leadership theory states that it is essential for a leader to have
some extraordinary as well as exceptional quality in order to perform their role as an effective leader.
For this it is essential for leader to possess some key traits such as enabling, guiding, foreseeing and
empowering in order to make individuals, staff members, nurses and other engaged individuals to
provide healthcare services in remote area. It is essential for leader to foresee future possibility and
further create a vision accordingly. In this it is essential for leader to have high expectations as well as
dream. Leaders are required to be highly enthusiastic, confident and energetic in order to aim towards
success. Along with this leaders must provide complete support as well as guidance and further show
their trust and compassion in followers. This will help readers to highly stay committed and focused
towards accomplishment of goals.

Charismatic leadership style
According to my approach of charismatic leadership I can relate to my own
leadership style that some time it is not always easy to determine what a
task steps is as experts of an group several steps into a larger group. It is
essential to undertake systematic collection of data about a specific group or
job in order to determine what employees should be taught. According to
my own leadership style with the help of cognitive task and conceptual as
well as appropriate prospective proper support to individuals or staff
