Task 2
The communication strategy that might be followed by Jane will be based on the urgency
and need of the same in getting involved in the organizational processes. Jane might take steps to
hold one- to- one communication with the policy framers of the organization with the aim of
gaining their insight on the policy and the rationale for the same. On the other hand, Jane might
also take steps to hold communication with the employees through meetings and seminars,
which would assist her in identifying the different flaws in the policies of the organization. The
different changes in the organizational framework and the review of the policies will assist Jane
in delineating the objectives of the concerned venture. It will also assist Jane in identifying the
major loopholes in the processes of the venture. The enhanced communication between Jane and
the employees or the hierarchy of management would assist her in identifying the possible
outcome of the policies and the frameworks that are being used by the organization.
Task 3
Jane must consider making the employees aware of the different policies and procedures
while creating the electronic presentation. The presentation by Jane might initiate through a
subtle introduction to the organization and the goals of the same along with the expectations of
the organization. It will assist Jane in making the audience aware of the topic which will be
discussed. The introductory phase will be succeeded by an overview of the different processes
that are undertaken by the organization and the manner in which the employees might
collaborate with one another with the view of adhering to the goals of the venture. Jane might

also include points on encouraging the involvement of the employees through the demonstration
of the mutual benefits that might be gained by the employees and the management through the
collaborative functioning of the same. It will assist Jane in enhancing the rate of commitment
among the target audience and thereby integrate the operations of the same in synergy with the
objectives of the venture. Lastly, Jane might provide a clear conclusion while summing up the
points that were discussed in the previous phases of the meeting. It will assist Jane in providing a
comprehensive outlook to the operations of the venture while operating in diverse situations.
Task 4
Jane must take steps to evaluate the existing policies and procedures that are followed by
the organization for incident investigation and reporting, which will assist the same in continuing
with the efficiency of the operations. Jane must review the different workplace health and safety
regulations. Jane must segregate the different types of incidents that might occur in the
workplace and design regulations for compliance. The risk assessment and evaluation of the
impact of the risks related to workplace health and safety concerns would assist Jane in
developing a suitable operating system. The different aspects of change in the organizational
operations are dependent on the assessment of the risks and the evaluation of the different
compensatory programs.
Task 5
Jane must abide by the Workplace health and safety (WHS) legislation, Equal
employment and Fair Work Act 2009 in enhancing the operations of the employees while
adhering to the objectives of the venture. The different changes that are undertaken by the
organization has assisted the same in maintaining the efficiency of the operations in adherence to
the demand of the employees. On the other hand, the adherence to different legislative

frameworks would assist Jane in developing the operations of the workforce while improving the
process design in the organization.
Task 6
Jane must undertake the following strategies for improving the trust and confidence
among the team and the management:
Transparency in the operations- Jane might take steps to maintain the transparency of the
operations with the aim of encouraging the engagement of the employees in the different
processes. The enhanced transparency of the operations would assist the venture in developing
the potentiality of the same while operating in diverse global markets.
Transmission of information- Transmission of relevant information on the processes will assist
the venture in developing the potentials of the same in ensuring the efficiency of the operations
while adhering to the expectations of the employees. The transmission of relevant information to
the employees will assist Jane in maintaining the synergy between the processes while operating
in adherence to the objectives of the venture.
Frequent interactions with the team members- Frequent interactions with the employees will
assist Jane in identifying the issues that are faced by the same and thereby develop mitigation
strategies.
Empowering the motivating the team members- Empowering and motivating the employees
through the application of a proactive approach will assist Jane in gaining over the trust and
confidence of the teammates.

Task 7
The methods that might be undertaken by Jane for communicating with the members on
the changes that are being planned by the venture are:

Creative presentations- Jane might take steps to design creative
presentations with the aim of making the employees aware of the
technological changes that are being planned by the organization. The
creative presentations will assist Jane in demonstrating to the employees the
key features of the new technology and the manner in which it operates.

Meetings with the team members- Undertaking meetings with the
employees will assist Jane in making all the members aware of the different
modifications. It will assist Jane in enhancing the rate of transparency in the
operations to encourage the engagement of the employees.

Face- to- communication- Face to Face communication with the
employees will assist Jane in developing an understand of the problems that
are being encountered by the individuals. The delineation of the expectations
and the issues that are being encountered by the individual employees will
assist Jane in developing a suitable understanding of the success factors
while maintaining the confidentiality.

Emails and team discussions- Jane might also facilitate emails and
discussion in the electronic media with the aim of maximizing the
engagement of the stakeholders in the processes that are planned by the
organization.
Task 8
Jane must consider the following resources with the purpose of ensuring the successful
implementation of the new technology in the organization:

Financial resources- The financial resources will assist the venture in
ensuring the safe implementation of the new technologies that are planned
by the venture. The assessment of the financial needs for undertaking the
safe implementation of the project will assist Jane in maintaining the
efficiency of the operations in adherence to the sustenance related needs of
the venture.

Knowledge based resource on the operational criteria of the
technology- the knowledge based resources on the operational criteria of
the new technologies will assist Jane in enhancing the operations of the
venture while assuring the successful implementation of the new technology
that is being planned by the venture. Knowledge on the technologies will

Human workforce based resource- The collaborative functioning of the
human workforce and the change readiness among the same will assist Jane
in developing he operations in the organization while opera\ting in
accordance to the demand of sustenance of the venture. The support and
collaboration of the human workforce will be assisting the concerned
organization in developing the potentials the venture while developing the
technological innovations.
Task 9
The risks that might be faced by the organization while implementing the change in the
organizational operations are being enumerated in this section of the research.

Risks relating to schedule overruns
Developing sequential evidence of the tasks that
will be performed by the different departments for
implementing the innovation i0n the organization.
The sequential assessment of the tasks will
assist the venture in maintaining the efficiency of
the operations and thereby assist in preventing
project failure
Risks relating to cost overruns Developing budgets and financial projections
even before undertaking the project which will

organization might also take steps to develop
contingency planning for maintaining the smooth
