of these models, the learners can enhance their employability and thereby gain access to a
reputed firm in the future course of time.
Further, it was revealed by me in the class to the learners that Johari’s Window is a
personality test which is mainly taken by an individual to ascertain the type of personality that is
held by the person. This is one of the most effective tests used in the process of reflection to gain
an insight into the personality of an individual and thereby determine the gaps in one’s skills,
knowledge and competences (Daniëls, Hondeghem and Dochy, 2019). As a teacher assistant, I
have always believed in adopting strategies, techniques and methods that have the potential to
enhance the capabilities of my learners and engage them in the process of continuous
professional learning.
