INTRODUCTION
Changes management is the process of bringing innovation and improving existing
performance by implementing changes appropriately. Strategies and plans are formulated by
management in order to accept changes and maintaining good performance. This report is bases
on changes strategies and their implementation. Moreover, it consider a task regarding Dreamy
Destination case study that can help to increase knowledge how to accept changes for increasing
turnover and performance.
Q 9. Why did the organisation decide to review and prioritise change requirements or
opportunities with relevant leaders/managers?
From the case study it has been examined that the Westfield Insurance is required to
review and prioritise the changes and opportunities with the help of managers which can help to
bring the new services and product that can attracts customers as well employees. The morale
and satisfaction level of employees in selected organisation can be increases with the help of
change management such as high profile executive sponsorship, proper communication,
delivering impressive information and engaging employees in all business decisions which can
help to make the right business decisions. As decrease in morale and engagement of employees
were major concern that has created potential risk for operational leaders. Therefore,
management has decided to bring new tools, techniques and processes which can help to
improve the customer services and provide training to employees that make feel to them healthy
and confident at the time of workings. It is important for leaders and managers to bring the
changes and operate their business continuously (Shareef and Atan, 2019).
Moreover, change management is considered as an opportunity for business organisation
by using training plans and change champion network that will help to create a good working
environment and deliver better quality of services to their clients. By using holistic
organisational change management (OCM) management can deliver impressive results on
different transformation programs. For chosen organisation it has been suggested to conduct the
analysis and adopt the change management so activities and performance can be improved and
maintain high profitability by satisfying customers.

Q10.Explain why it was necessary to obtain approvals from relevant authorities to confirm the
change management process?
In GE, it was important for Welch to get the approval from their relevant authorities to
make the change process because they have authority, power and foresightedness that can help to
make the right business decision. Top authorities are those who become responsible for every
actions and changes which made by superiors. This can help to states that will theses changes
give success and would help to increase the galvanization productivity. As Welch is assumed at
top position but he has not right to make decision in case of brining changes. The top authorities
also have experience to deal with difficulties that can help to states what decision will be
beneficial for organisation.
Who could be the "relevant authorities" in a business context and what would their role
be?
In General Electric, Board of director and members could be relevant authority as they
have power and responsibility to make right decisions by evaluating all alternatives. This is
important for all to understand what changes are required in organisation and how to overcome
the challenges. After making plans there is need to discuss with senior authorities which can help
to develop the right action and increase the organisational capabilities (Grootenboer, Edwards-
Groves and Rönnerman, 2019).
How will resources and reporting practices be assigned and agreed up within the project?
As Welch has decided to implement the six sigma methodology with the aim of reducing
defect and errors in all process in relation to transactional and manufacturing. This can help to
check again and again the process and make sure that all activities are done efficiently. In this,
Welch is main person who is performing role to improve business process. Therefore, this person
and board of member allocate the resources and practices of employees by analysing their skills
that can help to complete the assigned task and projects.

to focus on day to day activities. For organization, changes are important that can help to
