A leader is a person who lead from the front a
team or group of people to achieve something for
their group. This required variety of skills such as
motivated, problem solving, decision making,
vision and so on.

Leadership development strategies
It is a systematic process of development new
skills and capabilities to lead a team within an
individual. This is long term process which take
time to learn skills and approaches their
knowledge and experience.

• Coaching for leadership
• Conducting training season

Self-driven development
In this approach, an effective leadership program
starts with the recruiting new and talented staff in
the company.

Coaching for leadership
To retain talented staff is one of the crucial and
competitive task for a company. because, an
employer always seeks skilled and talented
workforce which can transform in to good leader.

Conducting training season
This is another strategy to develop future leaders
within the business organization. There are
different approaches used by management in
order to
enhanced current skills and build new
competencies.
