Abstract
The ethical and legal accountability and responsibility of the primary positions of the leadership
that are the Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader and Approved Provider are addressed in
this Study. This report is dealt with in four parts, identifying the relationship between the leaders
and manager’s roles and responsibilities that will be applied to early childhood. This report
concludes that the strategies of leadership and management will help in ensuring that the service
will be complied with the professional accountabilities in the field of the health and safety of the
Children.

Introduction
The main objective of this study is to discuss about the new management committee and
the report will be on the new committee for providing an abstract of legal accountability and
roles of the main stakeholders including Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader and
Approved Provider. This study will provide a brief idea of the regulation and regulatory criteria
for the other two professional sectors, that is protection and health of the children, service and
leadership management. There will be four sections in this study that address the accountability,
responsibilities and functions of managers and leaders of early childhood in the ethical, legal and
professional context.
Roles and responsibilities of the key stakeholders
Roles and responsibilities of Approved Provider
Enrolment and Attendance records: Under this role, there are a couple of
responsibilities, which are keeping the record of the Children’s attendance and keeping
the record of the enrolment of the child. Prescribed records: Under this role, the Approved provider is accountable for keeping
the records of the confidentiality. Storage and Confidentiality of records: Under this role, the responsibility is to keep the
records of the confidentiality. Information sharing and retention: Under this role, the Approved provider is
accountable for keeping the information.
