REFLECTION 2The following reflection is about my own experience while I was a part of a team leadinga project on different leaders of the world and their leadership style. As the project was big so weall decided to divide the whole project in different parts such as content finder, managing thework of other team members and guiding them, person who was choosing the most relevant dataand and the last was making the content of the project authenticated. Like my all other teammembers I was also appointed with a task and have to make PowerPoint Presentation of thewhole work. We all had two weeks to complete this project. For completing the whole project, itwas essential to have coordination among all the team members and that was only possiblehaving understanding with each others (Farrell and Ives, 2015). As the project was large andneeds much information so it was unable to complete it by only one person. Due to this, a teamof five members was appointed in order to complete the project. I decided to make PowerPoint Presentation and present it in the class but at the very first I was alittle bit nervous. It was because I was not known about the abilities of others and was thinkingthat what will happen if my work will not prove upto the mark. But after the completion of theproject I thought that it was not that much tough of which I thought. According to my perception,two of the people in my team excluding me were nervous the whole time and was related tomany reasons such as whether the project will complete in time or not, will they perform good ornot, etc. The same condition was also with me but it was also necessary to complete the project.So we started with a view to give our best in completing the project. During the complete courseof work, the best part was about the coordination among the team members which hascontributed much to the success of this project (Horton-Deutsch and Sherwood, 2017). I came tounderstand the importance of coordination in team work at the time when it provided variousbenefits to our project such as enhancing the team spirit, increased motivation, and providesproper direction to the team members which helps in making the project in right way. All theteam members were helping each other and were performing well in their work. The badexperience was about the non completion of the work on time because of one of our teammembers. As he did not provided us data to complete the work on time due to this my work alsogot effected. However, it took some time to let him understand about how to perform the workand later on I covered the lost part of my work. My other team members helped him by tellinghim the way that how he can find the relevant data from the source. I knew properly how to1
