INTRODUCTION
The presentation is going to explore in what ways digital technology has
created staff needs to develop more soft and hard skills for Hazev, Haz and Tas.
Also, it is going to evaluate in what ways the managers of the organizations deals
with change and how it impacts their management and leadership skills and styles.

IN WHAT WAYS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY HAS CREATED STAFF NEEDS
TO DEVELOP MORE SOFT AND HARD SKILLS
Digital technology has created the need for the organization to develop both soft and hard skills in
order to ensure smooth operations and achieve better growth and success. The soft skills which are needed to
develop by the staff includes communication skills. Communication skills help the employees to communicate
with the overall staff with and ease and manage the digital system operated by the organization better. The
other soft skill is problem solving, It allowed the organization to ensure and solve problems easily while
dealing with digital technology at the workplace.

Hard skills include marketing skills. The organization's website and promotion needs
to managed by the staff and in order to do this they need to have good marketing
skills. It helped the organization to achieve better growth and advantage and ensure
better promotion for the overall organization.

In order to deal with change, the management of the organization makes use of their experience and
build new systems. Along with it, it provides effective training to its employees. For example, when there is
a change in technological systems where the organization has to adopt new technologies in order to better its
functioning and achieve better growth. In order to deal with this change, the organization provides required
training to its employees. The training allows the organization to train its employees to make use of the new
technology and ensure growth and success.
