Yong from Court of South Korea, the
company has faces many crises. As the
company's leader was arrested therefore they
require some leader who can run the
organization is more effective manner
(Răducan and Răducan, 2014).. The present
leader of the company i.e. lee Kun Hee adopts
the strategic leadership style. Previously the
company was focusing on low quality and
high volume products but now the company is
focusing on the high quality and high volume
products (Nahavandi, 2016). The leader of the
Samsung believes that the leader can affect
the changes for the betterment only if they
understand their business deeply. The cited
organization also adopts the Ethical and Cross
cultural leadership.
Introduction
The company adopts the democratic leadership
style in which entity promotes participation of
workers for development of innovation
(Sullivan and Garland, 2010). With the help of
this leadership styles the firm involved their
workers in decision making process and ask their
suggestion regrading to the plan and policies
which they want to implemented on firm.
Through this process they build strong
relationship with their workers and
subordinates.
Current Leadership
Since the leadership of the Samsung is not
consistent or stable. Due to continuous changing
in the management and leadership of the
company the focus of the company and its
employees also varies. This results in the
decrement of the share value of the company.

various problems as the company is not focusing
on a particular tasks. The main impact of
democratic leadership style on the company it
helps to Samsung to build strong innovative
team and promote creativity among group

Summing up the above report it is concluded that in
every organization there are many problems which
can effects business operations. Effective
leadership is always helped company to motivated
workers and helps to them for thinking out of the
box. From the above report it is concluded that
leader of Samsung company Jay Y. Lee was
arrested due to giving bribery. Brand images of
firm is highly effect by these crises. On order to
make company more successful firm have to
change their leader and management so they can

In order to carrying out the company's operation
they need to focus more on succession
planning. The organization need to find out
new leader which helps to them for improving
their brand image and also assist to Samsung
company to gain international market. Apart,
from this company should make some changes
in their management such as focus more on
technology and quality of products.
The firm is facing the learning and
developments issues such as not provided the
equal training and developments programs to
their workers and facing issues such as fail to
Galaxy Note 7. The firm is not able to make
decision in the given time as the leader changes,
the decision making process also changes.
Future planning of the Samsung is good but it
can only be achieve by the continuous focus
towards the goals and objectives of the
organization.
The company is also struggling because of the
failure of their latest model i.e. Galaxy Note 7.
There is some problem of meltdown of batteries
due to excess heating problem. Samsung is
facing various issues in maintaining their perch
on the top in the industry of smart phones. The
leadership of the cited organization is struggling
to meet the challenges due to competition from
new Google's Pixel smartphone and also from
the cheap Chinese smart phone manufacture.
