In the article entitled “Exploring business transformation: The challenges of developing a
benefits realization capability”, Ashurst and Hodges (2010) sheds major light on the issues that
are faced by the organizations in dealing with the advantages of incorporating the changes that
are related to the information technology as is to be maintained within the organization. The
authors further attempt a discussion on the issues as have been highlighted with the
implementation of the changes enabled by the information technology in dealing with the
capacity of the benefits realization within the company. The article in discussion was composed
with the help of the interpretivist approaches. The article was composed with the help of the
review of the previous existent literature in relation to the development of the capability of
benefits realization. The findings of the article highlighted the fact that the benefits realization
capability of the business organizations active within the global markets.

behaviour impacts business results”, Garrett and Watson (2007) highlight the changes that are
faced by Farm Credit Canada in terms of the comprehensive nature of the transformational
program. The article highlights the impact of the leadership behaviors that are maintained by the
company assist in dealing in the matters that are related to the business outcomes that are
presented within the given international markets. The leadership behavior as have been
highlighted within the organization helps in the understanding of the issues that have been acting
as a hindrance to the betterment of the organizational success. The article was composed with the
