These stakeholders may be correct and on the other hand, Cheryl may be wrong. For her
presentation to be accepted by all stakeholders, then she needs to incorporate all the ideas
suggested by them. Good leaders have the ability to listen and then decide on the most
appropriate path to follow. Cheryl should use the advantage of her work experience to solve the
