INTRODUCTION
Change management is a practice defined as managing and coordinating the change
associated with the business venture. This report is based on the case study of Sainsbury
Company. The role of change management is to support the company for supporting and
directing the future growth and development opportunities in business. This project will discuss
the force field analysis in respect to the change that is entertained by the company in
organization. Certain barrier of change will execute in this project. How the change was
approached and at what level the respective change found to be successful will be discussed in
this whole study. Furthermore, the leadership approach will undertake to support the respective
change in the organization.

Force field analysis
Force field analysis is conducted with the sue of certain steps. All these steps could direct
the business venture to execute the entire change management and supported the company to
deliver the cultural and technological changes in the organization. The steps that is supported by
company to execute the change can be presented in following points.
Step 1: Describe your plan or proposal for change
The change that is approached by the management of the Sainsbury Company. The
change was needed on the basis of the market competition. For every business it is important to
cope up with the changing need and demand of the market (Mansaray,2019). The progression of
market force the organization to execute all its changes that may support the overall growth and
development of business venture. The change will be proposed by the management so that
company can look after to all the need and requirement of the venture that will support and
empower the business venture to execute the bets form of change that will empower the
organization to support the growth and development of business.
