According to me leadership is the opportunity for a person to guide other to achieve a
goal that is already set for them. A great leader has all the abilities and skills that can attract
people and make them follow. The indication of changing leadership suggests that, an
actual leader is the individual who does the things like: Makes a motivating vision of the
upcoming days or years. Inspires and encourages people to involve in that dream (Giltinane,
Charlotte Louise, 2013). Headship is both an investigation area and an applied skill
encompassing the skill of a separable or business to "lead" or direct other persons, teams, or
whole organizations or community. There are dissimilar leadership styles such as revolutionary
leadership, socialist leadership style, and inspirational leadership style (Nanjundeswaraswamy, &
Swamy, 2014). In this particular essay different leadership styles will be discussed. The
leadership a characteristic of Ernesto Guevara such as communication, humanity, visionary,
Socialist, and Self believes will also be discussed.
My opinion suggests that Leadership style is the way and method of providing indication,
applying plans, and inspiring people. As perceived by the people, it comprises the total outline of
clear and hidden actions executed by their frontrunner (Antonakis, & House,
2013). Revolutionary leaders were one of the four types of transformational leaders documented.
The revolutionary front-runner has a strong dream of the upcoming state, which might involve an
alteration in the philosophy, politics, and values of society. I think a good leader needs the
assistance of many supporters to positively bring about this revolution. The revolutionary
frontrunner is dedicated to changing all of people as quickly as likely. The revolutionary
frontrunner demands assurance, courage, and sacrifice from the supporters. Unlike the reform
frontrunner, who is satisfied with altering a portion of civilization, the revolutionary frontrunner
is concentrated on turning the position quo on its head (Paulienė, 2012).

Socialist headship style is also significant and most of the well-known leaders such as
Ernesto Guevara (El Che) had this leadership style (Yaffe, 2013). In my opinion a socialist is
someone who supports the political philosophy of socialism, which is the governmental scheme
that advocates communal ownership and regulator of all lands and industries rather than separate
ownership. I think a people who work tougher and cleverer can advantage more, nonetheless
those that do not will still have their basic needs to be dealt. Altogether the leaders I think should
possess this headship style in order to ensure everyone’s choices must be kept on the top.
Inspirational Leadership is another style of leadership, it is about reviving and making a
sense of indication and determination for workers and eagerness and momentum for alteration. I
have the same view about this type of leadership and think that it includes contribution clarity
nearby goals and purposes and making sure that those people who are controlled work
collectively towards a communal purpose. There are different types of inspiration leadership
styles such as, the pillar, the empowering style, the logician, the visionary, the impassioned, and
the perfectionist (Paulienė, 2012). The pillar style of inspirational leadership indicates that the
leader should be disciplined and should be inspired through the dedication. Empower type of
styles suggests that the empowerer motivates by trusting and believing others’ skills and
encouraging the self-sufficiency. The visionary style indicates that the leaders should be
visionary and inspired by displaying others not settle for single thing. The impassioned leaders
are highly dedicated to their work and innovative side assignments. I think it also enables leaders
to inspire the follower by their enthusiasm. The last style of inspirational leadership is the
perfectionist which shows that the leaders should be uncompromising and he or she should not
settle for good enough (Bass, & Riggio, 2010).

One of my most inspirational leaders was Che Guevara also known as Ernesto "Che" Guevara.
He was a Marxist revolutionary, doctor, author, guerrilla frontrunner, diplomat and soldierly
philosopher. He was born on 14th June 1928 in Rosario, Argentina and died on October 9th 1967
(Holst, 2009). He persuades his education at the University of Buenos Aires. After reviewing
different articles on Che Guevara he wanted to be a doctor. Throughout his breaks, he journeyed
different places to explore. I think he was a true leader who saw how poor certain people were.
He believed that revolution could help the people. Guevara is recognized for his part in the
Cuban rebellion of 1959, which watched Fidel Castro's exclusion of Fulgencio Batista as the
nation's head of state.
I have also came to an point after reading the history of this great leader that he become
famous not just because he was a good leader, his communication skills to convince people was
also great. Che Guevara was the visionary man with great communication abilities and emotional
expressiveness abilities and a self-disciplined individual (Guevara, Che, and Ernesto Guevara,
2009). I also think that he had controlled in extreme circumstances of surveillance. His abilities
as the frontrunner surfaced numerous times in the combat fields in the Sierra Maestra, in Bolivia.
He was also recognized as transformational and inspirational leader and I think the key
component of his leadership was actually his personality and also his amazing communication
abilities. What I really like in his personality is his method to conduct his squad comprised
direction, backing and success orientation (Waha, 2014).
I also admire his nature of thinking for poor and other minority groups. He was a great
intellectual as well as a complete human being who could have settled as the doctors in his career
but he chose to fight a war against the poverty (Babbitt, 2011). He also led the literacy campaign
to increase the rate literacy. He knows that lack of literacy and learning was preventing the

progress of the nations. Che Guevara is deliberated as the modern day saint by numerous persons
that perceive him as the man who endangered and lastly gave his life to combat for a cause in
dissimilar republics like Cuba and Bolivia that were not his responsibility. I think Guevara
understood a factual revolutionary was somebody who sensed the difficulties of manhood as
intensely as his own, if a man was murdered in any other part of the world, that death must be a
problem to every individual.
I have also studied about his visionary character and find him as a true visionary person
who wanted to reduce the gap between the rich and poor. His central vision was to remove the
discriminations; he was a great leader who wanted to provide every poor lands and employments
so that they can spend their life out of the poverty. He fought against the individuals who take
over the lands for their own benefits. He was accountable for enhancing the lands reform
legislations in different regions. He wanted to reduce the landholding and equalise the land
distribution among poor and rich (McCormick, & Berger, 2017).
I have also found him a good socialist who visited different countries like India. Che’s
life and legacy are not restricted to the chain of anecdotes that are frequently depicted in pop
values, nonetheless in his thorough study and reinterpretation of Marxist view for revolutionary
act cantered on the confidence that Socialism was the lone possible reaction in contradiction of
Imperialism and its assaults on the Third World (Babbitt, 2011). Che’s Socialist rebellion was
one of nationwide deliverance, and the defence of an individual’s right to independence could
not be postponed.
I also think that he was a self- believer who decides to leave his medical field and chose
to help people he would have become a doctor and live his life comfortably, but he was so

confident and believed in himself that he can make this world a better place. Che Guevara emits
a sense of assurance, well-being, and hopefulness, which stimulates trust and respectable
approaches in others. He adores himself and it demonstrates. He imagines achievement in life
and he usually achieves it. Though, Ernesto de la Serna likewise tends to overstate or to
misjudge himself, and he can be messy and uncaring when it comes to particulars
(Solenberger, 2016).
Conclusion
Leadership is actually the ability of a person to lead guide and advice other to follow and
achieve the similar goal. There are different leadership styles like revolutionary leadership,
socialist leadership, and inspirational leadership. One of my most inspirational leader was Che
Guevara was a revolutionist. He was a great socialist who visited different countries. He had
good communication and convincing power. He was also recognised as the great human being
who left his career for the goo cause of poor. In the end it can be said that he was not just a good
leader, he was a complete person who had every characteristics of a great leader.
