INTRODUCTION
Workplace bullying is a major problem in health care. Workplace
bullying is mistreatment of others which in turn affects the
emotional, physical and mental health of the (Hills, D., Lam, L.,
& Hills, S. (2018)).
Bullying impose major risk on patient safety.

The key problem is that workplace bullying may result in
depression, fatigue, anxiety among various health workers
(Mammen, B., Hills, D. J., & Lam, L. (2018)). This is a huge
problem as it may result in ineffective care support.
Nurses are the one who are exposed to workplace violence and
aggression because they are directly involved with the patients.
