To overcomethese issues, the leaders of the organization play vital roles through implementation of a projectnamed SATURN to focus on the sustainable practices that can create positive impact on thebusiness functioning. The use of McKinsey’s 7 process model also has helped in themanagement of strategies and staffs to enable proper functioning of Webasto Roof Systemsthough effective leadership skills (webasto.com, 2017).Analysis of the project success aspectsAccording to the case study, it could be understood that one of the major aspect forovercoming the financial and operational issues faced by Webasto Roof systems had been theuse of Sustainable Americas Turnaround or SATURN. It enabled transparency with thecustomers and allowed the organization to develop good relationships with them to know theirneeds and preferences. The leadership skills were furthered facilitated with the McKinseyconducting a survey to obtain a shared vision and develop strategies by improving theorganizational structure too. The company achieved heights of success because of the majorleadership skills that were possessed by the managers of the organization (Pruzan et al., 2017).The leaders made good decisions by considering the views and opinions of the employees byinviting them to become a part of the decision making as well. This kept them motivated andencouraged to perform better and improve the organizational effectiveness too.
